At LifeSpan our main objective is to partner with you to assist in achieving your health, rehabilitation and wellness goals. To do this properly, your health professionals must first determine the underlying or root cause of your health complaint. To accomplish this goal a thorough assessment is conducted. Once the evaluation is completed a treatment plan is developed using a client-centered approach. The treatment plan incorporates the best evidence-based therapies and services to help you achieve the best results.

LifeSpan Integrated Health Care started in 2012 to provide client-centred health, wellness and rehabilitative services. The company comprises a team of regulated health professionals providing a unique multidisciplinary approach to improving your health and well-being. We provide client-centered, community-based therapy services in varied settings to best meet the needs of our clients. Our therapists offer comprehensive rehabilitative services, counselling, functional and natural medicine, and preventative services.
